From our Blue Lagoon camp its a short walk to the heath area, abundant with wildflowers, west of Blue Lagoon and then on to Lake Honeyeater. There will also be an optional long walk . Transport to Moreton Island is on the new MICat which takes 90 minutes to cross the Bay.
# NB. Over the 18 months significant erosion has resulted in rocks becoming exposed, which sometimes even at low is impassable.
## NB. As the rocks have not been cleaned of oil access to intertidal shores (rocky and sand) at the Cape and 30 metres landward is not permitted.
